• Reservations are required to be made directly with our Spa reservation desk through either calling or emailing us.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment for a professional consultation
• In a spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request punctuality.
• Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatment with us when making your reservation by filling in your consultation card.
• Most treatments are safe for expecting and nursing mothers. Please ask your therapist to advice.
• Please get into your treatment room wearing your underwear or bathing costume. No nudity will be allowed.
• Spa guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• Gratuities are not included in treatment price. It is at your discretion to add a gratuity for treatment excellence.
• Bustani Day Spa and its associated companies are not responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur while frequenting our premises.
• Please note products purchased at our Spas are not refundable.

 

Prices and Cancellation Policy

• All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings and includes VAT and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Credit Card details will be required to secure all bookings.
• A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation not done 24 hours in advance.
• Any no shows or failure of notice to cancel will result in a full charge of the appointment booked

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates make the ideal present and are available from our Spa reception or to purchase on line.

 

Homecare

To continue your Spa experience at home, all our brands used in services are available from the Spa reception. Your therapist or any member of the team will be happy to advise what products are suited to you.

VIP suite: (30 additional minutes) KSHS 1500

We have a private Spa treatment suite that enables you to have all your desired treatments and services undertaken in private and for you who would like to spend a little more time in private. This suite is available for any of our Spa treatment services at an additional cost and will include an additional 30-minute use before or after your treatment for you to enjoy.

Yoga Policy

• Please book your attendance with our spa reception.
• All classes are space limited, so please book ahead of time.
• All classes must be paid for before attending and payment will secure your space.
• In case of no – show or cancellation (within 24 hours of class) your full payment will be forfeited.

Spa Formality

To ensure we retain the relaxing atmosphere within our Spa, we encourage our guests to refrain from using mobile phones and if phones are used to ensure its on low voice away from other guests.

Rules and Restrictions

It is forbidden, to take photos with no permission for advertising purposes on the premises of Bustani Day Spa. It is also forbidden to publish photos and other materials taken for advertising and other purposes by visitors on our Spa premises, on social networks, on the Internet and / or otherwise, without the consent of Bustani Day Spa.
Smoking is prohibited within the premises of Bustani Day Spa

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not refund or offer exchanges or transfers on packages or gift certificates.

Gift Certificates

Our gift certificates are valid for three months. Certificates may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates or cash. Clients using third party gift certificates are not eligible to receive specials and highlighted offers. Bustani Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. In order to protect gift voucher identity, please have ID available when redeeming.

Group Policies

Billing: Groups of 3 or more must pay a 50% deposit at the time of the booking; groups of 6 or more must pay 60% deposit at the time of booking which should be at least 7 days prior . Cancellation: Bustani Day Spa must be advised of any cancellations or schedule changes 5 days prior to date of visit.

Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menus without advance notice.

Right of Refusal

Bustani Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. What we consider to be inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service.

Privacy Policy

At Bustani Day Spa we value your privacy, and we are committed to maintaining your security and confidentiality in the use of any private information you choose to share with us. We do not disclose identifiable information to any third party without your consent. Further, we do not sell, rent, or otherwise allow the unauthorized outside use of personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or e-mail addresses in our database without your permission.
